The price of these services and digital products is as follows: The price is listed on the website/checkout page and/or the price is customized based on the needs of the customer. This price includes all applicable taxes and other fees.

2. Purchases

When you make a purchase on the Website, you will be able to choose the third party payment processor that will collect your payment information and process your payment. When you make a purchase, you will be presented with a payment form using one of the following third party payment processors: PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, and Bank/wire transfer, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing or security of your billing information by these third party payment processors. The following payment method(s) are accepted by the third party payment processors: American Express, bank transfer, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Wire Transfer.

You hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with any purchase and that the information that you supply to us and to the third party payment processor(s) is true, correct and complete.

3. Refund policy

We offer refunds on purchases made of the services and digital products offered on our Website.

Each product or service has their own refund policy. Below is a list of all products and services and the refund policy for each.

If you don't love it, just let me know within 14 days for a full refund. I built this bundle specifically for Women Over 50 as it helped me and my clients develop into the strong women we are today. Now I want you to have tools you can use to succeed and know it will help you. You must submit your request to us in writing within 14 days of your purchase to be eligible.

Lean & Strong Method:

Results matter to us and I stand by my programs and coaching. After your purchase, simply come to your onboarding call and if within 3 days of joining you don’t feel this is right for you, I’ll refund you in full. You must submit your request to us in writing within 3 days of your onboarding call to be eligible.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By enrolling in this program, you agree to contact our support team directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed for any reason, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or revoke access to the program, including all associated content, materials, bonuses, coaching calls, and community access, until the matter is fully resolved. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will be considered a breach of this agreement. We also reserve the right to provide proof of access, login activity, and fulfillment of services to the financial institution handling the dispute.

5. Representation and Age Restriction
When you use the Services, you represent that (1) you are at least 18 years of age and a “natural person” in your country of residence, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms; (2) the information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) your use of the Service and your use of services available on the Service do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
